Emergency room update....

No it's not me this time...It's Wade. During the day yesturday Wades chest was hurting off and on and he thought nothing of it and then we decided to go to dinner and on the way he was driving and started to get dizzy so we both just thought he needed to get food in his system to get his blood sugar up...he didn't touch his food at all and told me, "We need to go to the emergency room babe!" So we got our check ASAP and headed on base to the hospital.....We get there they check him in and they did an EKG, a chest xray, and took blood. From what they saw they said he was ok and that a cardiologist would call him and he might have to wear a heart monitor for 24 hours to make sure he's ok....Hes doing good...He went to work today and is fine..So we will see...

Hello to all from the Lumpkins....This week is a very exciting week...The 29th our 2 year wedding anniversary...Yay! Then Sunday is my birthday...I called my mom today to reminder how great that day was for her..Haha..Hopefully Wade and I will be able to do something to celebrate our 2year mark and then on Sunday we are heading North to be with our Cali family..Yay Olive Garden! Yummy!

As I posted earlier I would be starting a bootcamp...Started it, love it! It's not so much fun while your working out but afterwards I feel so much better...Glad it's the weekend though so I can rest my sore body..A good sore but sore through and through. I feel alot better now that I have started working out again. Work is still work..>Still debating what to do with that whole situation. We will see in time.

Wade is getting super excited for his compitition coming up. He leaves June 7th. He can't wait..I will keep myself busy with bootcamp and work... But I made sure to tell him to bring me a gift from Georgia when he comes home.

Hey! Hey! Hey!

Hello to all....Just thought I would fill you in on the Lumpkin house hold...I just started bootcamp Monday...let me just say it is an awesome workout but oh my goodness I could pass out right after it's over...So exhausting but I feel so good afterwards...Work is going ok... I think I will be looking for a new job.

Lets see Wade will be out of town in June for about a week on his shooting trip...What to do what to do...I'm sure I will find something...I hope everyone survived the earthquake..It took us by suprise but we were ok...I hope everyone has a great week...Remember to stay positive!

Oh so proud!

I just want to say that I am oh so proud of the hubby....He is doing such an amazing job in his shooting competitions... He shot the M16A2 Match rifle and he placed 11th out of 120 guys...This is his first time shooting a weapon like this and is doing such a great job! He will be traveling to Georgia in about 2 1/2 to 3 weeks for another competition... He really loves what he's doing and I'm happy to see him doing what he loves...So I figured I need to do something I love...I have decided to play volleyball and I will be enrolling in a boot camp exercise at a facility called Velocity...I used to do a bootcamp back in Texas and loved it...I want to get healthy and be in good shape..Wish me luck! Update on Me

Went to the Dr. today for my check up and he said everything looks good...Yay me! I'm healing how I should. Dr. Evans is such a nice man and he took great care of me. So hopefully no more hospital visits anytime soon. Thanks for all your thoughts and prayers. Talk to all of you soon! Love you!

Yay a new post......

Hello to all.....As majority of you know I recently had surgery to take out my Gallbladder...Good times....Its been about 3 weeks since I had it taken out and I feel good as new...My scars are healing up nicely. They just look like little scratches. Thank you to everyone especially my family for praying for and supporting me while I was in pain and healing from my surgery.

Let's see.... I went back to work last Monday. I wasn't supposed to go back until this past Thursday but I was oh so bored and needed to get out of the house.. Plus I love receiving pay checks.

Wade is still hard at work with his shooting tournament. His team won. Oh yea he is on the gold team by the way (which is the best- Hints the word Gold) This whole week the boys have been shooting the pistol and coming up they will be shooting the rifle as well... In the next couple months the team will be traveling to other tournaments outside of Cali. So far I know of Arizona and one in Virginia. Wade is so excited to be on the gold team as well as shooting. He's really good at what he does and I am so proud and excited for him.

As some of you might remember our two year wedding anniversary is coming up...I remember but let's see if the hubby does.

Can't wait til July when my Texas family comes to visit me. I miss them all oh so much and love them and can't wait... I'm super excited! My wrist is starting to hurt from writing so much so I will leave it at that and I hope everybody is having a great mothers day and hopes you have a great week.

Hey!!!!

Sorry I haven't had a chance to keep you updated...Life is busy...this weekend I will sit down and fill everyone in about life in the Lumpkin home...Later.

Good News.......

I figure that before anybody gets on my case for not telling them stuff that I should inform you that I had an interview today on base with a child development center and they loved me and said that they would love to hire me.... Now I just have to get a physical and wait on some paper work on their end. It could take up to3-4 weeks before I will actually start working. We are very excited. This will help us out alot. I finally feel semi-productive!! Yay me!!!

Wade continues to do well in his shooting tournament..It continues on until March 20th. If he places (1st, 2nd, 3rd) in either the rifle or the pistol he could travel to another tournament with the Marine Corps rifle team which is in April/May at Camp Lejuene, North Carolina. Other then that everything is peachy!!!

We had a great time the other weekend with the Cali clan!!! Souplantaion was oh so delicious. Thanks you so Michelle and Kyle for welcoming us into there home. I can't wait to see it when it's all done. Hope Jer enjoyed his car!

I hope my Texas family is getting their vacation plans finalized to come to Cali...HEHEHE! I love you guys and I miss you like crazy!!!! Hope to come home soon.

Update!!!!

Hello all!!! I know I'm finally updating my page...The reason why I don't update so much is because not much goes on in my life to blog about. I'm boring I know. Haha...Lets see last weekend we headed up north with the family to go see Cousin Amanda in a play. She did AMAZING...It was such a cute play...Hope to see her in another one soon.

Still on the hunt for a job. Not having much luck. I hope I get one soon...I'm bored and having a little extra money to save would be great.
